A week (5 days, because two get lost for the trip) of awareness and well-being retreat in the Canary Islands with Helios!

If you wish to combine spiritual-physical well-being with a period of relaxation in the sun in the eternal spring of the Canary Islands, this could be your next vacation.

The daily program available and customizable:

• meditation with the rising of the sun
• work on internal conflicts and the disidentification from the ego
• anger self-release
• practice of being in the moment
• grounding sessions by walking barefoot on the beach
• awareness of our internal unconscious mechanisms
• parasite detox sessions
• questions / sharing / insights on the themes and exercises on various spiritual or personal growth issues taht help you connect to your Higher Self.

The day ends around 14:00 and then the afternoon and evening is free. Plenty of water and fresh fruit included.

To organize your holiday stress free, we rely on our collaborators, Gianni and Claudia, from Vacanza da Vivere with retreat packages (the price depends on the airport location, the period of the year, the type of accommodation, the category of the rental car) which includes round trip flight and accommodation.
